1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the AimRest store and purchasing the AimRest Pro Performance System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or purchase our products.

2. Performance & Safety Disclaimer (Critical)

AimRest Pro is a high-performance conditioning tool designed for FPS gamers.

Not a Medical Device: AimRest Pro is intended for performance enhancement and recovery; it is not a medical device and should not be used to treat diagnosed conditions like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome or Tendonitis.
Technology Use: This device utilizes EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation), Therapeutic Heat, Red Light Therapy, and Dynamic Compression.
Safety Protocol: Users must follow the 15-minute protocol provided. Use of the device on high EMS settings may cause a "tingling" sensation; users should adjust intensity to their personal comfort level.
Assumption of Risk: By using AimRest Pro, you acknowledge that you are responsible for monitoring your body’s response and stopping use if you experience pain beyond normal muscle stimulation.

3. Eligibility

Our core audience includes users aged 16-30. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to purchase products from this store.

4. Purchase & Payment

Pricing: The standard price for the AimRest Pro is $149. We reserve the right to modify prices or offer limited-time promotional discounts.
Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability or errors in pricing.

5. 14-Day Performance Guarantee

We offer a 14-day zero-risk trial.

If you do not feel an improvement in your aim consistency or hand dexterity within 14 days of receiving the device, you are eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the "Aim Decay" concept, the "4-Tech Hand Performance Stack," and our specific performance protocols, is the intellectual property of AimRest. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AimRest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
